Account Requirements and Responsibilities

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Axion
You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
You may not use our service if prohibited by applicable law

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access

Accurate Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you provide in your resume. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of user-provided content.

Acceptable Use Policy

❌ Prohibited Uses

• Creating fake or fraudulent resumes
• Using another person's personal information

• Copying or reproducing our software or content

• Sharing account credentials with others
• Attempting to reverse engineer our service

⚖️ Consequences of Violations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of content, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.

Paid Plans

Billing and Payments

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• Failed Payments: Service may be suspended for failed payments

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may export and delete your content at any time
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

Axion provides various AI-powered features across our platform, including but not limited to:

Effects of Termination

Upon termination: (1) your access ends immediately, (2) we may delete your data after 30 days, (3) payment obligations remain for services already provided, and (4) certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.
